Our Journey
We take pride in our journey, which began with the vision of our esteemed founder, Late Mr. N. B. Fegade. The company was initially established in 1990 as a trading firm and later evolved into a manufacturing enterprise in 1996, under the name “M/s. Samit Techno Rubber & Industrial Consultants.”
The firm operated under the proprietorship of Late Mrs. Sulochana N. Fegade (M.A. Hindi).

About Our Founder – Late Mr. N. B. Fegade
Mr. N. B. Fegade was a distinguished professional with the following academic and technical qualifications:
- ✔ B.Sc. Chemistry (Hons) with Distinction
- ✔ M.Sc. Chemistry
- ✔ LPRI Rubber Technology (PRI, London – 1980)
- ✔ AMPRI Rubber Technology (PRI, London – 1986)
- ✔ Fellow of the Institute of Chemists (India) – Life Member (1991)
He dedicated 20 years of his career as a Senior Scientific Officer at the Indian Rubber Manufacturers Research Association (IRMRA), Thane, under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry. His contributions to the field of rubber technology include 28 published research papers in national and international journals.
In recognition of his outstanding work, he was honoured with the prestigious Dunlop Award (1981).
Beyond his corporate contributions, Mr. Fegade provided expert guidance to numerous rubber industries and played a pivotal role in advancing the sector through consultancy.
Growth & Transformation
Under his visionary leadership, the company witnessed 15 years of continuous progress, paving the way for further expansion.
In 2011, his sons, Mr. Sachin N. Fegade and Mr. Amit N. Fegade, transformed the company into a private limited firm under the name:
“M/s. Samit TechnoRubber Private Limited”
Both directors hold degrees in B.Sc. Chemistry and a Diploma in Rubber Technology, driving the company’s growth with their technical expertise and strategic vision.
Expansion & Leadership Team
To strengthen the company’s future prospects, Mrs. Smita Sachin Fegade (B.Com) and Mrs. Deepali Amit Fegade (B.Com) joined the Board of Directors on April 1, 2013.
Their strategic contributions have significantly enhanced the company’s performance, driving fourfold growth.
With a strong foundation, technical expertise, and a dedicated leadership team, Samit TechnoRubber Private Limited continues to grow, innovate, and lead in the rubber manufacturing industry.
